Hampton Inn Cincinnati-Northwest/Fairfield

We stayed here for a couple days at the end of July and it was beautiful. Nice amenities and really enjoyed the pool. Room was fairly clean, there were some suspicious stains on the wall art but other than that it was sufficient. Nice atmosphere around the property and the employees seemed easygoing and helpful, one was happy to make us an extra key to the room when we needed it. Highly recommend this Hampton.

Room was clean and comfortable. Gym was better than most. I unfortunately will probably not be coming back despite the nice location. The Wifi was very poor despite being a diamond member with ‘premium wifi’ and in a city. I’ve been to rural hotels with better wifi. In 2025 this shouldn’t still be an issue and will be my main reason for not staying again. <10 Mbps. Final issue that made me not want to stay again is the oatmeal. One day it was great, one day very poor. With already limited breakfast options and someone at the breakfast area they should be able to make consistently good oatmeal… If you fix and upgrade the wifi let me know, I appreciate the friendly front desk staff.

We missed the opportunity to fill out a survey for the Hampton Inn Cincinnati-Northwest/Fairfield hotel but didn't want to miss the chance to get out a review. We stayed here the weekend of August 2nd and it was a very pleasant surprise! From the moment you check in, you know that the guests are the most important thing. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was perfect. Upon our departure, they even packed a to go snack bag for our travels! We will definitely stay here again the next time we're visiting Cincinnati!

Service was fantastic ! From the guy who checked us in to the man who serviced the breakfast, fantastic all around, very nice friendly people !

First, my review is all relative. I'm reviewing it based on my expectations of a Hampton Inn as a better budget hotel. Rooms -- very clean, absolutely no issues. The bed was firm, which suits me, and I liked the semi firm pillows. Clean bathroom with good soap and moisturizer (I always get dry at hotels). Service -- nice touch giving us bottled waters each day of our stay. We didn't really rely on the front desk, but the hotel was clean everywhere we went, so we were happy. Breakfast -- we had the free breakfast two days in a row. Each day had a different egg dish. I didn't dig the turkey sausage patties quite as much but otherwise, plenty of options. Bonus -- coffee was always available, including decaf for some later evening cups.

We just stayed here for a basketball tournament. The two queen bed rooms were comfy and had plenty of room. The hotel staff is super friendly. There are lots of restaurants nearby and a grocery store. We felt super safe there. We will stay there again.

We stayed for five days, and we're overall pleased. Rooms are clean, but no fans in the bathrooms. You can see the mold was painted over. The staff was nice, especially Amber. My gripe is that the laundry takes only quarters, and they didn't have any quarters there, either time I asked. It took me over an hour, and five different stops, to come up with $4 in quarters. It was inconvenient to say the least.

Clean and VERY nice staff. Raymond was a sweetheart! The breakfast could be better. More healthy options. The beds are too soft and handheld shower needs more spray options.
